I paid 6 trial payments. The 5th and 6th payments were not applied to principle but 1-4 were. They filed a notice of trustees sale around the 5th payment. I currently have an open court case in the - - Superior court : -. It appears to be a clear violation of the Homeowner 's bill of rights. The lawyer fees I have had to pay are expensive and I feel there may be many other people being treated the same way by Ocwen Loan Servicing who could not afford the legal support I am getting. I am asking that you open an investigation into Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC and what they are doing or should be doing to comply with CA 's homeowner bill of rights.
