My wife and I purchased a new construction home in - -. LenderLive serviced the loan including escrow through - and at the beginning of -, - Mortgage took over servicing the loan. In - -, - Mortgage performed an escrow analysis and found that there was a shortage of $25000.00. We contacted LenderLive about the shortage and they admitted that - escrow analysis should have been done during -, but none were performed. To correct the shortage, our monthly payment will go from $2200.00 to $5700.00 for a 12 month period and then to $3500.00 going forward. After contacting LenderLive and speaking with multiple customer service representatives and a Director, they admit that there was no escrow analysis performed when there should have been, yet the Director says that it is not their responsibility to adjust the monthly payment in a timely manner to avoid such large shortages. We have tried to contact the Vice President of LenderLive, but our call has not been taken and voicemail has not been returned. We are now trying to negotiate with - Mortgage a reasonable payment plan to pay off the escrow shortage.
