This compliant is in regards to two late payments lodged on my credit report, via Continental Finance, the servicer of my - -, issued by - - - - - -, this company is falsely reporting two late payments on my credit file and not updating my credit report accurately and in a timely manner. In addition, this company is charging me an adsorbent amount on late fees and high interest on this account. This company has reported my account late to the credit bureaus on two occasions and refuse to remove this false information for -/-/- and -/-/2016. I have been in good standing with this company and continue to pay my debt obligations in a timely manner ; I always pay multiple payments, averaging three times a month, outside the parameters of my monthly billing statement, so how could my account ever become delinquent, or past due, the probability is very highly unlikely. Please have this company remove the false entry immediately.
