Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay South Carolina
I want to start making payments to the financial institution when I got employed again. I asked to start making payments and they agreed of a certain amount. When later on I tried to cancel the next month payment due to a serious issue I had to deal with in my life, they threaten to garnish my wages and wanted to know where I work and my supervisor phone number. I did not tell them and they want 30 % of my wages. I also received a letter from them that month postmarked before I had the conversation to cancel the payment and the amount they wanted for my payment was vastly different compared to the one we agreed upon. I have called them twice to cancel the payment, each time the amount they said was different and they also refuse to cancel the payment.
