Can not contact American Express, they do not answer phones. Prior to today whenever I contacted them they gave me wrong information. Supervisor informed me that they finally got it right bit they did n't. They could not give me information on my automatic payments notwithstanding that I have been on automatic payments for years. What is happening to Am Exp? /
