I was charged for - Return Deposit Item ( RDI ) fees of $10.00 each totaling $30.00 with Everbank ( acct # - -. I spoke with the bank in regards to the situation. They admitted it was their fault and I would be reimbursed for the $30.00. This did not occur ; the account was closed -/-/2016. I have attempted to call them several times and was told I would receive a call back from someone the next day after I had called. This never occurred after several calls made. If the RDI 's had truly been my error then I would gladly swallow the $30.00 but they were not. The error occurred due to misinformation given to me by the financial institution.
