Amex Credit card department,
American Express made a " hard pull '' on my credit bureau ( I checked with - ) for a credit card replacement. I did not apply for credit. Spent 4+ hours straddling between Amex Cust service and Amex Cedit Bureau division. One department would send me over to the other in a seemingly perpetual loop. Finally, - from the Credit Bureau dept. asked that I send a fax to their investigative team. I did not hear back.
