On - -, I made an appointment with -- - about considering possible -. I was told I was an excellent candidate.They treatment was $580.00 which they financed through FORTIVA, --. Less than two weeks after the treatment I went back and spoke with the Manager and said the treatments did not work and now I have a -. She told me she would get with her Regional Manager and get it resolved. Two weeks passed, i heard nothing so I started to call. They said they would refund the unused - units I disputed the total transaction with FORTIVA and their response was a copy of the contracts I signed with -. I have since written FORTIVA telling them that the contract I agreed signing however this was obviously not the dispute. I have not had a response. They however did send me a letter threatening to wire off my account and report me the credit bureaus. - did offer me an appointment in - to resolve the issue then cancelled the appointment. I now want a refund to the account and do not wish to do any further business with -. FORTIVA appears to be clearly on the side of - and directed me to resolve with them. - has made it clear and thus I demand a full credit and the account removed from my credit bureau trade list.
