- qualifies for temporary hardship forebearance as stated in - - - ( - ) policies that allows 24 months in three-month increments. - has applied for three 3-months and approved immediately. - applied back in - -, 2016 for the fourth due to a mix up in the application form. - applied electronically this time as suggested by - ; however, student did not receive notification of the receipt until - -, 2016. - called and inquired, immediately, upon receipt because loan is due - -, 2016. - called again this a.m. to inquire about the approval and was told that Deutsche Bank ( provider ) noted it was still in review. Deutsche Bank is using delay tactics in order to force payment from students that are clearly in hardship and, eventually, student loan default. In the past this process only took one day to complete.
