Amex Credit Card Complaint

Amex Credit card department,

I used my American express card on -/-/- took out - there where - more transactions back to back for the exact same amount within seconds of each other I would n't have even had time to put my info in again to with draw the money then the same thing happened on -/-/- I took another - and there are - more transactions taken out just like the other one so some how it was doubled on my transactions and the fee at the atm was charged every time just like I put my card back through the other times which I did n't American express took less than a week and denied my claim knowing when I called and reported it the guy on the other end that took the report even said there was no way I could have done the transactions they where to close together there was also a charge to - - cable company for - I do n't even have a - - account I did n't authorize it like I said I do n't even have a account with them when I contacted - - they told me since I do n't


that was taken out of my account is my tax money I am a single mom with - kids I do n't have the extra money I am so upset at how easy it was for someone to take money from my account and neither business to do anything to help both companies where rude and completely unhelpful, my credit card company would n't even contact - - to see what account my money was used on and when I tried to contact - - to get that information myself they told me they were n't able to hand that information out that I need to file it through my credit card company so both are just giving me the run around and doing nothing to help me
