I 've had problems with HSBC MasterCard and after multiple calls to HSBC customer support and Customer Relations office HSBC refunded late feed on the account. HSBC promised to refund all late charges and on - -, 2016 HSBC customer service told me the M/C account balance was $0.00. On - -, 2016 HSBC sent me a bill forl $37.00 in late charges on an outstanding balance of $0.00. HSBC failed to do as promised and refund all late charges on this Master Card account.
