i have an auto loan through westlake financial services since -/-/- i have been called numerous times for late payments in -/-/- and -/-/- by the - fake caller id tactics aswell as have been threatened with legal criminal charges. -/-/- they disclosed my personal information and loan pay off to a woman i used to date named - fawcett. they refused to talk to me about it back then and informed me that they dont actually record phone calls and they refused to play the call or even acknowledge that they did anything wrong. in -/-/- i was contacted by westlake financial from skip tracy and was told that since i was late on my payment that they changed my due date to the - of the month instaed of the - and told me that they did it to help me but never actually explained any affects this would have on my loan. i was also contacted by westlake in -/-/- and -/-/- for a late payment and was told that they would move my payment to the end of my loan date and it would actually have a positive affect on my loan but never gave me

which is there state of domicile. they called all my family members and references via a automatic dialer 5-15 times daily even after they asked for the company to cease and desist from contacting them. in -/-/- -/-/- and -/-/- my employers and friends where contacted by westlake financial with repo on the caller id and they told my employer and friends that they were looking for my car and they were calling due to a financial obligation that i was avoiding. they are charging me 25 % interest which is illegal in illinois and california which is there state of domicile. i contacted westlakes legal dept several times to speak about my redress and adjustments and all they ever do is take messages and never contact me back. this entire loan with them has been a nightmare.
