i received my mortgage statement today noting that my mortgage statement has been changed out of the blue from - to - effective - -. I am current waiting on my recast to reduce my mortgage. I do n't understand why is it so difficult to give me my recast, It is just unbelievable that I have been trying to get this simple reduction since - -. Please explain this monthly increase.
