Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute California
I wanted to check my credit so I logged into Experian. It asked if I wanted to pay - for my FICO score. I check yes. My score was perfect so I logged out. Somewhere along the line they say I signed up for some type of service with them and they billed me - later. I did not authorize this nor did I see anything that said I was incurring this charge. I called and was told too late they had already processed the charge and could not reverse it. To charge someones credit card they need to make it plain to the consumer that they are being charged and should require a box to be checked authorizing the payment. I am a - and resent being what I call tricked into a fee for something I do not want or need.
