I was inquiring about a home refinance loan and Quicken Loans. Told him that I did not want my credit pulled unless he could get me an approval. Gave him full info up front- that I was only on the job for 4 months- told him several times my score was verging on - and did not want it pulled. He said he would work with me for an approval and pulled my credit. At the end of the convo he told me that he could not get me approved because all of Quicken Loans require a 2 year job history. I have the FULL chat transcript available. I believe this was complete unethical behavior and lowered my credit score to a - thus far, may still be dropping.
