Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I HAVE A CREDIT CARD FROM BARCLAY BANK. IT IS CALLED AS E-TRA POINTS VISA. THE STATEMENT OF THIS ACCOUNT CLOSE ON - OF EACH MONTH. I DID NOT GET MY LAST MONTH STATEMENT TILL TODAY. I REQUESTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. BUT I HAVE NO RESULT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE.THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN - IS VERY BAD. THEY TREATS AMERICAN CUSTOMER LIKE A DIRT.
