I received a letter dated - -, 2015 from Barclaycard which memorialized a conversation between myself, Barclaycard and -. The letter from Barclaycard states - canceled my subscription and provided a cancellation reference number -. To date, I have continued to receive erroneous " subscription '' charges on my credit card, late fees, and other charges on the card. I paid off the card to a - balance in - 2015 and yet, each month, additional charges appear on the card under the guise that I am responsible for paying it. I want the account closed and the charges to be reversed since I have not authorized a single charge to the card in more than 5 months.
