I have called finance manager at - Nissan for the last three days to cancel my Gap insurance. I left multiple voicemails directly. I also left messages with receptionist but no call has been made to me yet about cancellation. On tuesday, I left a voicemail for general manager ( - ) and he also has not responded to my complaint. Bottom line is that I want to cancel by GAP insurance. I do not understand why it is becoming so difficult and I have to follow up multiple times.
