Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

I sent the loan company a letter requesting them to revoke my ACH debit authorization based on my consumer rights. In addition, I asked that no phone calls be placed to my place a work or business. The days I sent the letter via email I received a call from a private number to my work and personal cell. A lady by the name of -, told me that she would not honor the letter I sent asking to revoke my ACH debit authorization. She begin to harass me and became very unprofessional. I researched the company and found out they do not have a CA state business license and their fees for the loan was not legal.
