Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York
My American express serve card was stolen from my home, the card was then used to withdraw the entire balance of my account from $420.00 down to $0.00 with in hours. I contacted American express to dispute these transactions, as I ( the card holder ) did not preform or authorize these transactions. American express declined the dispute for these transactions, claiming the transactions were valid.
