I closed on my home in - of 2015 and this month I received a notice from my mortgage company ( Guild Mortgage ) that I had a trust shortage. I called the mortgage company and they told me that because of the shortage my mortgage was reconfigured to cover the shortage. My payment went up over $360.00 a month.
