Several years ago I leased a car from Chrysler Financial. I defaulted on the loan. Chrysler Financial ceased to be an entity a couple of years back and their accounts were taken over - by TD Financial which was the successor to Chrysler. The statue of limitations according to the law mandates that it be removed from my credit history as of -/-/-. It was removed from - and - this year and not -. The problem here is that the - report only lists TD Financial as the lending institution not Chrysler Financial and are reporting the wrong date. They claim it is -/-/-. I disputed this with - but as Chrysler Financial is no longer in business and the information to - was submitted by TD Financial they have to go by the TD Financial submission as the have no record of Chrysler, only TD. I have submitted evidence from the original lender from the other - credit reporting agencies clearly showing Chrysler reporting the first and last delinquency of -/-/- where as TD ( the exact same company ) reporting it as -/-/-. Clearly they are lying. I have repeatedly tried to have this item deleted by writing to them, to the credit bureau ( - ) but they stand by there claim of initial first delinquency even after I sent to them the submission by Chrysler Financial to the other - bureaus. I am asking you to review the information which shows the liability of TD financial. I am submitting documentation from TD financial and - ... ... ... ..
