I paid my bill and in full this is the second time with this company Sychrony Bank keep saying my check is returned when in fact they withdrew the payment and never recieve credit on any of my accounts the only way we finally figured out was thru phone payment .i sent the info proving my payments and was sent texts saying they have me credit and then recieve a new bill thats almost double what it was previously. im spending so much time trying to fight the company its caused many other conflicts in my life to the point im ready to get a lawyer and sue because they dont do anything to resolve anyone 's issue ( in not the only consumer same issue ) i found they were sued for the same type of issues only to reopen under this bank name Synchrony and are ruining many lives as they do the same to others as myself. the attachments they say they have no knowledge of any payments beside the last 2 phone payments .I may have sent doubles but I have plenty of my own but it says not to send personal info on here but really need help theese peoplecare corupt and lie to consumers they have made my - to point im becoming ill from nonstop harrassment from them and i did tell them and a young girl thought it was funny i guess hearing me say this as she became sarcastic to point i could n't talk to her no more plzzzz help they are destroying people 's lives and never help try to resolve anything
