Bank of Hawaii Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Florida
We would call Bank of - to make payments and they would n't take them out until a week or two after we authorized the payment to be taken out. This resulted in late payments being made. This would happen every month since -/-/-. We paid Bank of - three payments on -/-/- and that has us current until -/-/-. We requested -/-/- to ship the vehicle from - to - under -. They stated that due to the late payments they informed us that we would have to make our payments current after we submitted all the paperwork to ship our - Dodge Journey. After catching up on payments they requested additional - payments to allow us to ship the vehicle, we requested that in a written form and they would not agree or let us speak to the supervisor since that was who the request had to go through. Now when we call they put on hold until the phone call gets disconnected.
