I had opened a jewlery accout with - in - - - for the purchase price of -, my wife was making the payments and the balance in - - reflected - i called - in - virginia and they sent me a account history that had a begining balance of - and my contract is clear. -, we have over paid on the account and they wo n't talk to us or make restitution to the over payment and are still charging us interest. with a balance of over - this is inaccurate and there are no stores left to speak to any live person and the office in - wo n't talk or return calls/ emails. I have the original contract to prove my claims.
