FHA mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker Texas

I applied for a mortgage refinance and Loan Depot pulled my credit three times : On - -, 2015, - -, 2015 and - -, 2015. This has resulted in a major drop in my credit score. What can be done about this? I purchased a car and they pulled my credit two times! Unbelievable what impact this had and will cost me in additional interest now that I am trying to purchase another home!
