My mortgage company change servicing company when that happened they stop taking our regular scheduled mortgage payment out I notitified them of that and then we trying to get back on track since then I have made - mortgage payments and they only credited me for - they have been very unhelpful and unapologetic and we still have n't got the situation corrected
