Bank of America Credit card department,
Credit card protection / Debt protection California
Recently, Bank of America lowered my credit limits on - cards without basis. When I questioned them they told me it was due to - reporting my account overdue - -which was reversed after I filed a lawsuit against them. They dropped me $6000.00 from - cards causing me to have to drop out of school. When I researched it with - -, I saw that though Bank of America promised to remove a hard inquiry that was done without my permission, it was still on my credit report. I called and spoke with - -, who told me that though the president 's office told me they would have it removed, it would just fall off in two years. She told me that though I had never been late for any payments, they lowered my credit cards and did n't care how it effects my good credit. When I asked for this to be escalated, she outright refused. Now, I have to drop out of school. I told her that - made a mistake on my report, but she said they would have to foist another hard inquiry upon me in order to check. When I told her I sent a certified letter to the president she also told me he would not help me and that though I 've never missed a payment, they did this because of what - did to me.
