U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I sent my online payment from my bank -/-/2016 to my USBank Business Credit Card. The payment was due on -/-/2016 - a Sunday. USBank says they received the payment on -/-/2016. They card is continuously paid off each month so there should be no interest. They charged me $39.00 late payment fee and $ - interest. The payment should not have taken two weeks to get there. This is the second time they have said it was late when it was mailed in at least two weeks prior, just a couple of days after the bill is received.
