Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay West Virginia

-/-/- I purchased a vehicle from a dealer. they financed the car through flagship credit, I mad my payments ok for awhile, even though it was a struggle.i told the dealer what I could afford, but payments were higher. in -/-/- my husband had a -, about 6 months later we were told that he had -, through all of this I have been receiving harassing phone calls, even after I make arraignments to make a payment. recently I was - short on a payment. was told by the representative that it did n't count as a payment. told them when I coluld pay more, after that I kept receiving phone calls harassing me about the past due payments.i get numerous call every day. they wont even give me someone to talk to to discuss refinancing to make payment smaller. my husband is also -, it is to much to deal with, but we do n't have money for another vehicle, I am so stressed all the time about the bills and possibly losing my car
