My credit cards were cloned and stolen in -. While most of my credit cards handled the situation fine, American Express has been a nightmare to work with. I 've called dozens of times, received dozens of erroneous letters from them, they 've hung up on me countless times, and they even called my wife a - and mocked her sarcastically.
