THIS RATIONALE IS BEING DISPUTED BECAUSE I RECEIVED AN " ACTUAL '' CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE APPRO-IMATELY - 2015. ON - -, 2015 I WAS APPROVED FOR AN ACCOUNT COMBINATION, IN WHICH, I CLOSED - OTHER ACTIVE CAPITAL ONE ACCOUNTS ( # -, # -, # - ) AND TRANSFERED THE INDIVIDUAL CREDIT LIMITS TO MY CAPITAL ONE CARD ENDING IN ( # - ). THE COMBINATION OF MY ACCOUNTS RESULTED IN AN INCREASE TO MY CREDIT LIMIT, BUT IT WAS BASED ON ESTABLISHED AVAILABLE CREDIT FROM ALL OTHER CARDS, NOT AN INCREASE GRANTED BY A STANDARD CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE REQUEST. I MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INCREASE NO MORE THAN TWICE A YEAR ( SI- MONTHS ) ACCORDING TO CAPITAL ONE TERMS & CONDITIONS. I RECEIVED AN ACTUAL INCREASE IN -, THUS I SHOULD QUALIFY FOR A POSSIBLE LIMIT INCREASE UPON - REQUEST, WHICH IS MORE THAN SI- MONTHS TIME FRAME. I CONTACTED A CAPITAL ONE REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR AN ONLINE CREDIT LIMIT INCREASE TO VERIFY LAST OFFICIAL INCREASE DATE, WHICH SHE STATED WAS IN -, THUS I WAS WITHIN TIME FRAME FOR CONSIDERATION. TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE - APPROVAL FOR AN ACCOUNT COMBINATION E-PLAINS WHY I RECEIVED A DENIAL REASON OF " A RECENT CHANGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT '' ; IT 'S NOT WITHIN SI- MONTHS.
