Closing/Cancelling account Arizona
I signed up for a - Secured account ( paid $300.00 ) but was n't made aware of the $35.00 annual fee so when I got the 1st bill, I called the bank rep who sold me this product and cancelled the card because I NEVER sign up for cards w/annual fees. I did charge $58.00 so I asked for my $240.00 in writing on -/-/2015 and have yet so receive it even after attorney letters went to them. They did send - cks ; - for $120.00 and the other $55.00 but those cks add up to $170.00 and were not cashed. So where is my full $240.00?
