U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
The promised promotion to give bonus - miles was not given because of the reason that minimum spending was not met. The minimum spending have changed to higher number than previously offer. This is not honor to the offer. And after calling, the agent admitted the mistake but could n't correct the issues or take responsibility to reissue the promised miles due to the request are not in 4 months time frame after issue the credit card.
