I called American Express so that I would be able to realize a question that I had. I had previously called and I did n't have any problems and all of the representatives were lovely and understanding. I called again because I had previously called and spoken to a supervisor who had given me some bonus miles in my gold delta card and he told me to call back today and ask for a rep so that I could get my intro offer expedited. I first spoke to a great rep that was understanding or my situation. He later transferred me to a horrid customer service supervisor that had no customer service skills at all. She started off by saying hello, but in a very dry way and she did n't seem to concerned about me or my problems. She almost right away instead of saying anything else said " I will be taking back all of the miles given to you ''. I did n't do anything wrong and I 've been with Amex for over 22 years and she made me consider cancelling all of my cards. I never lost my cool and she was still being very

She then hung up and did n't even with me a good day or anything of the sort. The customer service supervisor 's name was -. I am trying to send me son to New York for a - in the summer and the tuition was over $3000.00 and I also had to buy the ticket. The previous rep supervisor had given me extra miles to help me out and I had completed to pay my flight with miles and my son thought that he was surely going and everything was set, and so did I! I am now stressing over what I will need to do in order to be able to send him since he really wants to go.
