So I have had a loan from Infiniti Financial since - -. I have been making my payments through the bill matrix system since that time. There are times when I make the payment using the bill matrix online and the payment does not process all the way through but I get a confirmation number. Usually I have to call back because I notice my Payment does n't post in my bank account. Well this last time in - I made the payment on Friday - - - at -. I figured the payment had n't posted because they do n't process payment on the weekend or on holidays which it was president 's day on Monday. I got a call from them saying my payment did n't post and that I am now 31 days late so they have reported my account Late to the credit bureaus. I should not be reported late to my credit report as it was a system error that occurs quite often when I do it. It is incorrect for them to report me late when it is their system that is causing the issue and I have never been 30 days late on anything ever and they are refusing to remove late When it is their systems fault.
