Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Florida

The lender Wells Fargo will not work with me to lower my monthly payments, thus driving me to consider defaulting. It is unfair for them to not offer any reasonable options for people like myself who are pursuing a better life in this country. I received an education that did not lead to a career in my field of study as well so i feel college advisor offices were very misleading as well. I feel trapped and there is no way out and have no hope for the future. Wells fargo student loan services is extremely greedy and shady as they are also unable to provide all of the allegedly signed documents after i 've requested them on several occasions. Please help me in resolving this issue and having Wells Fargo lower my monthly amount taking into consideration all of my debt/including federal loans. Their customer service is also terrible and lack empathy. Please help me! I feel trapped and extremely depressed.
