Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute California
I signed up for Experian for a one time credit report. I purposely reviewed the terms to ensure I do not get residual billing. I was satisfied and bought my credit report. Now, since - -, I have been charged for credit monitoring service I never used ( no logins, views ) nor purchased. I spoke with Experian on -/-/- at - PT. - answered the phone and he refused to refund my residual billing. I talked to a supervisor, -, and she refused to reverse my resodual billing. I asked - if there is another escalation I could proceed with, she said 'no '. The website is grossly deceptive. I previously heard about possible residual billing without permission and I still was charged. Please help me get my charges reversed and send corrective action to Experian. They are deceptive.
