On - separate out of the United States traveling vacations my credit card company has declined purchases with my credit card, even though they were verbally told and also giving instructions on their online website that I would be doing so including the dates and the countries. I am currently in - and advised the credit card company before leaving of my dates when I would leave when I would return and while I am here they declined my credit card and re-issued another credit card to be sent to my home address in the United States. Since I am still on the - vacation, and they invalidated the credit card I can not use it and it becomes useless to me. I found them and told them I was still in - that they had all the information that I would still be here and basically their answer was sorry I ca n't help you. I have documentation to the fact that I have advised him before about this problem and they said that they would correct it and take care of it yet it seems to me that situation continues and if anything gets worse.
