Capital One Credit Card Complaint

Capital One has committed fraud due to false advertising. They say the have comparative annual percentage rates, but that is simply not the case! -, -, and - all have rates lower than Capital One. Still, they have not offered me a valid justification of their continued practice. Why have they not been fair and honest about that? Therefore, I am charging Capital One with corporate greed, due to deceptive advertising and falsifying information. Also, their customer service personnel overseas, refer to themselves as either - or - from the -. How can that be when they are thousands of miles away from the United States? Can I get an explanantion for that? I have stated to Capital One employees time and again, that I prefer to speak to someone in the United States.
