Please see complaint Case number : - - Where Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation significantly abused an elderly victim and where they assisted a Nissan dealership in conducting fraudulent activity. This previous complaint was filed by myself - - - with sufficient power of attorney to represent - - in the matter of fraud Nissan Motor company continues to perpetrate. Such POA had been previously provided ( on or around - 2015 ) to NMAC so they were aware that I had this power and knowing I was an authorized agent of the victim should have appropriately answered the complaint and not just shirked such responsibility. Now in addition to the previous complaint it has come to our attention that NMAC illegally seized a refund of over $6000.00 from a vehicle maintenance plan. This was paid for by the vehicle equity the victim was deceived into trading in and the demanded cash downpayment obtained through this elder abuse. As NMAC had no superior claim, and in fact, since there was no contract, NMAC had NO CLAIM to the proceeds of that refund. It is clear NMAC has no issue continuing its illegal behavior and in continuing to unfairly treat and abuse its victims.
