JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Chase Bank is the account holder of my - credit card, A few months ago I bought tickets for my child to attend a festival on -/-/2015 at - - California ( about - miles from home ) we arrived at - and were told that the show time was changed to - since my son and his friend are - I decided to take them back to home. I called the company and was told that there were no refunds and placed a dispute with Chase because I bought the tickets with my credit Card and the service was not performed as offered ( by changing the time ). Chase denied my dispute because the merchant sent them a letter stating that the service was performed as offered in the ticket - but Chase did not verify such information and when I was called I sent them a copy of the ticket were you can verify clearly that the show was scheduled for - doors @ -. I 'm calling Chase dispute phone number and no answer has being provided, I leaved about - messages and no calls or response has being received attached is a copy of the letter received by Chase and a copy of the original ticket I bought
