Bank of America Credit card department,
I received an offer from - - offering - reward points after spending -. I applied and received the card. I made the purchases on the credit card within the time frame only to have - - tell me that I do n't qualify for the offer because I hold another - - card. I have written complaints. To - but have n't received the credits. - - sends out offers to consumers to get customers and need to abide by the rules and honor their offers. I could have spent my money with other credit card carriers and received rewards for using ther credit cards.
