Citibank Credit card department,
I obtained a loan from bank to pay off credit cards, a cashiers check was mailed to Macy 's to pay off credit card, the check was cashed by credit card company on - -, 2016 I have receipt confirmation from my bank that it was cashed. The amount has still not been applied to my account on - -, 2016. I have called customer service and sent messages via internet and my bank has faxed over the copies of processed checks and the amount has not been applied to my account.
