Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

Covington credit in -, TN Coming to my residence at least once a week for past due payment for the past couple months. Called my parents house ( not a co signer or A reference ) 3 days in a row, multiple times a day. Proceeded to tell my parents I am 3 months behind on a loan payment. Her name is - the manager of the office.
