I transferred money from my Rushcard Prepaid Visa card on - -, 2015, to my - checking account. It was an amount of $370.00. The money is shown on my - account as a credit and the balance showed that. On - -, 2015, $370.00 was debited from my - account back to my Rushcard account, and my Rushcard was unlinked from my - account, bringing my account to a negative balance. That money should have gone back to my Rushcard, but it did n't. I also found out that the transfer out of my Rushcard account into my - account did n't show up on my Rushcard. I called -, and they told me that this would be on Rushcard 's side. Rushcard has been telling me that they do n't see the transaction on my card, so I ca n't get my money back. When I first called Rushcard about it, I was told that the transaction was seen on my card, and that whenever their system recovered from the system outage that occurred coincidentally right after I transferred the money, that my balance would be updated. Subsequently, I was told that the transfer is n't seen on my transaction history. I also keep being told that I ca n't make transfers out of my Rushcard account, which I was unaware of when I attempted to move the money between accounts. I called Rushcard a week ago, and I spoke with -, who is apparently a senior customer service representative. He gave me his employee # and told me he would work this issue personally since it had been in the works for so long. I asked to speak with him today, and I was told that they did n't know if he was at work and that there was no way to get in touch with him directly. His employee # is -.
