Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Illinois
The TransUnion company has a policy of updating there information every 30-90 days. To a user taking responsibility of finances is being forced in some situations into losing more finances. with the movement of data information at a moments notice, the stroke of a key, this company and any other company should only have 7 days to process that data. When I paid all my debts off every company evolved was able to slow mail me with a guarantee that I would receive the letter in 5-10 days. If these companies a lot the time and personnel to that, they should be forced into posting any updates in under 7 days and be forced to update there software to do this for them.
of the situation and TransUnion just cost me over $400.00 in getting a loan that was assisting me in taking on my financial responsibility. Both Equifax and Experian excellently up dated the same information that day while on the phone with them or with in 2 or 3 days of my paying all my debt off. sincerely -
