I am disappointed in Wells Fargo 's decision not to reimburse me for the - $5.00 service fees I was charged on - -, 2015. This entire incident occurred simply because the woman in charge of the - - Wells Fargo office did not tell me this was some sort of special savings account and did not tell me there was a minimum account balance. All I wanted were - plain, old fashioned, savings accounts. I have closed these accounts ( - and - ) and transferred my direct deposit payroll to a credit union. I no longer use my Wells Fargo checking account for anything other than cashing checks that are sent to me.
