PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card department,
I have been having statement issues with paypal credit which I tried reaching out to them regarding but no resolution. I was charged a late fee in -/-/- and a late fee in -/-/-. I have since made the pmts due online. I called today and explained the situation. One of their reps offered to reverse the late fees but said the system would not allow them to put the reversal through. She contacted a supervisor who she claims also tried but again the system keeps kicking them out. I find this very difficult to believe. In the interest of good customer relations and in this age of technology, how is this possible? This is the same company who placed a hold on my account for months for no reason at all and I never complained.
