Charges were placed on my Care Credit Card by - and - - that had not been sent to the insurance companies provided to them for the dental work done. New Office Manager is trying to clean up the mess left by the old office manager and Care Credit Synchrony Bank will not work with that office or myself on getting this card out of collections and off my credit bureau reports. I am trying to refi my house dropping my interest from 8.5 % to 4.0 % and this is blocking the whole process. Any advice or help would be appreciated. We have offered to make payment to bring the card out of collections but the bank will not listen. The cease and desist letter with attached documents will explain everything.
